Return & Exchange

All orders are carefully packaged and inspected prior to shipping. Great care is taken to ensure that all images and information provided are accurate and as close as possible to the actual item. Note that we are only able to provide refunds under limited circumstances.

Credits or exchanges are only offered in certain circumstances where reasonable but do contact us with your request within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently. Our return policy lasts 7 days after the tracking status shows delivered. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Otherwise, the item is considered sold. The customer is to bear all costs of delivery for the return of items until it has been successfully delivered back to us.

LE SOLEIL reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which do not meet the eligibility criteria.

  • We cannot accept empty or nearly empty products.
  • We will only accept unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
  • We cannot accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set.
  • We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.

To complete your return procedure:

  1. Contact us to request for a return or an exchange. Your message should contain Order Reference Number/ Official Invoice or any proof of purchase, as well as a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. We will not entertain return or exchange requests if the order has not been delivered.
  2. We will revert back to you on the instructions on how to return.
  3. Please do not attempt to make a return without notifying us beforehand, as we will not entertain any returns processed in this manner.
  4. Please allow up to 7 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays), for action of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over RM150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
