ORDERS AND SHIPPING

  1. When will my order be shipped?

    Orders placed before 12pm (MYT) from Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or during weekends, will be shipped on the following business day.

  2. When will I receive my order?

    Orders usually take around 3-5 working days after processing time if you’re in Peninsular Malaysia, and 4-7 working days to East Malaysia.

  3. How much is the delivery fee?

    A flat rate of RM9 shipping fee applies if you’re in Peninsular Malaysia; RM14 if you’re in East Malaysia. Free shipping for orders above RM180.

  4. Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately, we only offer domestic shipping throughout Malaysia currently. Stay tuned for updates on international shipments offer.

  5. Order Tracking

    All our domestic orders will be shipped via GDEX. We will send you the order tracking details through email once your order is shipped out.

  6. How can I pay for my order?

    LE SOLEIL offers various payment methods:

    1. Credit Card/Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard)
    2. Online Bank Transfer via FPX
    3. E-Wallet (Touch n Go/GrabPay)
  7. What is the order’s transaction currency?

    All order transactions will be done in Malaysia Ringgit (RM).

  8. Can I cancel or amend my order?

    Unfortunately, we cannot modify your order once you receive your order confirmation. All successful orders which are already on their way are unable to be changed or reroute to another address. Please contact us if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this but we will happily do our best to orders that have not already been processed.

  9. Problems with orders?

    Kindly send us an email along with your Order Number to contact@mylesoleil.com if orders do not arrive after 5-7 working days.

  1. Are LE SOLEIL products safe to use during pregnancy?

    Our formulation is approved by the Ministry of Health thus it is for all skin types. We understand that many women seek alternatives to botanically rich products during pregnancy; however, to our knowledge there is no risk associated with using any LE SOLEIL formulation in the manner we prescribe during pregnancy.

    LE SOLEIL is committed to providing accurate information, however, this information is not intended to replace advice from your qualified medical practitioner.

    We recommend that you speak with your obstetrician or dermatologist should you have any concerns regarding your particular circumstances.

  2. How to use Passionate True Love Rose Petal Mask?

    Fold over the essence pouch 3 times towards the sheet mask pouch to allow the rose essence to flow into the rose petal mask.

    Massage the essence into the sheet mask until it is fully saturated.

    Spread the mask evenly over cleansed and toned face, leave on for 15-20 minutes.

    Gently pat the remaining essence or rinse with warm water although it’s not necessary.

  3. Will LE SOLEIL products aggravate sensitive skin?

    Skin sensitivities can be unpredictable. If you have experienced a reaction, we recommend you stop using for a full week. This will give your skin the chance to recover from whatever was aggravating it.

    You may wish to test the LE SOLEIL products you have on separate patches of skin away from your face. Allow twenty-four hours to assess your skin's response. If you find there is no reaction, repeat the process. Again, allow twenty-four hours for assessment.

  4. How should I store my products?

    We recommend you keep your products in a cool place away from direct light, or better yet, in the refrigerator.
